Payment Terms:
Exhibitors : One hundred percent (100%) of the exhibit space rental or fee must be received by GNES upon invoice, or sent to GNES upon reservation of space or event sponsorship.

Assignment of Exhibit Space:
The Exhibit Space Application will be accepted when you have received confirmation from GNES. Assignment of exhibit space locations is on a "first-come/first-served" basis. Location assignments will be made solely at the discretion of GNES.
Exhibitor Contract
The application to sponsor or reserve exhibit space at the Global New Energy Summit will become a binding contract with Global New Energy Summit (hereinafter referred to as GNES) when a completed application is received by GNES and regardless of when payment is received. This contract is based upon the terms set forth below and on the attached pages hereof and the rates and the rules and regulation as may be established from time to time and updated and amended all of which constitute a part of this contract.
